If you have any questions, please email lottavineyards.com or call 661-599-3113. All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or GSO (where available), and our shipping costs include packaging materials. Weather conditions and longer delivery times during the winter and summer months can frequently result in the spoilage of your order. Speedy delivery options usually cost extra amounts in order to protect your investment.
When your wines are shipped, you will be notified via email. In most cases, we will try to ship your wines as soon as possible after you place your order. However, in order to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be delayed until the weather and shipping conditions are ideal.
Because direct-shipping laws and regulations are constantly changing, the list of states to which we ship may change at any time. All wines are sold in California, and the title is transferred to the buyer there. We will arrange for shipment on the buyer’s behalf, to an address specified by the buyer, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such shipment will not expose us to the risk of legal action or other harm. If a buyer resides in a state where direct shipment of wine to consumers is prohibited, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options, which may include providing an alternative shipping address in a state where direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted or storing the wines at an acceptable third-party storage facility.
We make every effort to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us for customer service assistance within five days of the date of your order.
All wines sold are kept in the best possible condition. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been delivered to the shipper, and we cannot be held liable for improper storage after delivery. As a result, once your wine order is picked up by a common carrier for delivery, the wine is your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace, the wine that is damaged during shipment due to extreme weather conditions.
We also do not accept returns for the following reasons: wines that do not correspond to personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition that occurred while the wines were in your care.
If the wine is returned, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will be refunded in full, including shipping and handling charges.
